If you've never signed up for Apple TV Plus before, you can sign up for a free seven-day trial and watch Ted Lasso for free. You can also get a free three-month trial of Apple TV Plus if you buy a new Apple device or a one-month trial if you opt to try out Apple One at the same time.

All of Ted Lasso season 1 and season 2 are available on Apple TV Plus now, so you can watch every available episode over the course of your free trial. Unfortunately, by the time the promised third season comes out, your trial will likely be over, and you'll need to purchase a subscription to Apple TV Plus to continue watching.

Cancel Your Apple TV Plus Trial

After your trial period is over, you'll be charged $4.99/month for continuing access to Apple TV Plus. If you'd like to cancel before you're charged, follow the steps below on your iPhone or iPad:

Open Settings.
Tap your name.

Tap Subscriptions.
Tap Apple TV+.

Tap Cancel Free Trial.

Be aware that once you cancel your trial, you cannot reactivate it.

Watch Ted Lasso with the Apple TV App

You don't need an Apple TV box to watch Ted Lasso using the Apple TV app. You just need an iPhone or iPad with the Apple TV app installed. If you don't have the app installed yet, you can download and install it using the App Store.

To watch Ted Lasso on your iPhone or iPad with the Apple TV app:

Open the Apple TV app.
Tap Search.

Type in Ted Lasso and select the show when it pops up.
Scroll down and select Season 1, Episode 1 (or whatever episode you'd like to watch).

If you'd rather watch Ted Lasso on the Apple TV Plus website, you can do that, too. Here's how:

Go to tv.apple.com.
Click Sign In.

Enter your Apple ID and hit Enter.
Enter your Apple ID password and hit Enter again.

If you haven't used this browser to log into Apple TV Plus before, you may need to complete the two-factor authentication requested using your iPhone.
There is no search bar on the website, so scroll down until you find Ted Lasso on the main page. Click on it.

Scroll down and select the episode you'd like to watch.
