Flashlight Missing from Control Center on iPhone? How to Get It Back
Enjoy quick flashlight access and brightness control by keeping the Flashlight icon in your Control Center.
If you've recently noticed that the flashlight is missing from the Control Center, there's no need to worry. Your iPhone light is still available, and it's easy to place it back into the Control Center with your other quick-access icons.

To get the flashlight back in your iPhone Control Center:
- Open the Settings app.
- Select Control Center.
- Scroll down to the More Controls list.
- Tap the green + icon next to Flashlight.
- This will add Flashlight to the Included Controls list so it will appear in your Control Center.
- Swipe down from the top-right corner of your screen to open the Control Center, where you'll now see the Flashlight icon. (If your iPhone has a Home button, you'll swipe up from the bottom of the screen instead)
Another benefit of having the flashlight in the Control Center is that you can now long press the flashlight icon and an option will appear to adjust the brightness of the light! This quick-access option brings another layer of convenience to one of the most popular iPhone features.
