The iPhone’s Portrait mode is great for capturing professional looking photos with a blurred background. However, this mode is not perfect, and sometimes you’ll end up with photos where the subject isn’t focused quite right. Now, here’s how to change the focus of a photo with your iPhone’s Portrait mode:

  1. On any Portrait mode photo, tap Edit.

  2. If it is not already selected, tap the Portrait option in the menu.

  3. You can drag the slider to change how in or out of focus the background is.

  4. You can tap anywhere on the photo to change the focus point of the photo.

  5. Tap Done to save your changes.
