How to Submit iOS Beta Feedback to Apple

The purpose of a public beta is to allow users to try out a service and then submit feedback. With Apple’s iOS 9 public beta, that process has been made much easier with the included Feedback app, which allows users to report problems in a much more efficient way. Here’s how to submit your problems with iOS 9 directly to Apple.
Once you’ve agreed to the Usage Notice and signed in with your Apple ID and password, you’ll need to tap the Compose icon at the top right.
Next, fill out each section with the information pertaining to your issue.
Once you’ve filled out all the information, simply tap Submit and your report will be forwarded to Apple.
