How to Change Login Picture on Mac
Another good reason to customize your login picture is that you are not the only one who can see it. It also shows up as your MyCard in contacts and when using AirDrop or Family Share. - Click the Apple icon.
- Click System Preferences.
- Click Users & Groups.
- Select which user profile picture you would like to change on the left side of your screen.
- Click on the profile picture to edit it.
- A new window will appear with all your options. Select a photo from your Photos library, an emoji, a memoji, a monogram, or a stock image. You also have the option to take a new selfie using your computer's built-in camera.
- If the image you want is saved on your desktop, you can drag and drop the image directly on top of your current profile picture and it will instantly replace it.
- Click Save to save your changes.
You've now updated your login image! Your user profile picture is something you look at every time you log in to your computer, so why not make it unique? It’s a reflection of your personality and can help you stand out from the crowd.
