The app is available for Macs, iPhones, and iPads and as an extension for Safari, Chrome, and Firefox. They all work basically the same way: by generating a code that is connected to your Amazon cart that you can then share via iMessage, Messages, Email, or any other option available on the share sheet. First, download the Google Chrome Share-A-Cart extension. Then, follow the directions below. It's important to note that this will work best on a computer.

After you've downloaded the extension, navigate to Amazon.com.
Make sure you've added things to your cart that you want to share. Then, click the extension.

Click Create Cart ID.
Click Share.

Choose your preferred method of sharing links and send.

The recipient will receive the link and be able to open it to a third-party page that allows them to view the cart. From here, they can choose to purchase the contents of the cart.
