Customize iPad Lock Screen via Settings
The first way to customize your iPad Lock Screen is by going into Settings.
- On your iPad, open Settings.
- Tap Wallpaper.
- Tap Customize to edit existing iPad Wallpaper.
- If this is the first time you've customized your iPad Lock Screen and wallpaper, you may need to choose whether to Customize Current Wallpaper or Add New Wallpaper. Either option will do.
- From here, you will be given the option of selecting a theme.
- Once you've chosen, you can add interactable widgets.
- Customize the font and color of the clock.
- And choose the widget to feature at the top.
- Once you're done, tap Add.
- You'll be prompted about whether you would like to Set as a Wallpaper Pair or set the Home Screen individually.

- Once the iPad is unlocked but still showing the Lock Screen, press and hold anywhere on the screen.
- From here, tap Customize to edit the current Lock Screen.
- Or, tap the blue plus button to create a new Lock Screen.
