Your Apple Watch has a Handwashing timer that can help you make sure you wash your hands for 20 seconds. You can even check the Apple Health app to see your average handwashing time. We'll show you how to look back at your Handwashing times to track your health habit.

- Open the Health app on your iPhone.
- Tap on Handwashing.
- If you do not see Handwashing, tap on Show All Health Data and scroll down until you see Handwashing, then tap on it.
- You will be able to see your total hand washes and the average time you wash your hands.
Pro Tip: Sometimes youre Apple Watch may think you are washing your hands when you are not. If you stop washing your hands in under 20 seconds, you will be asked what happened. Tap "I was not washing my hands" or select another option to help your Apple Watch improve its tracking. This will also make your average time more accurate.
