Save the date! We can say without a doubt that Apple will hold its fall keynote event next Wednesday, September 7. At its event, Apple will release the iPhone 7 and possibly the Apple Watch 2. After sending out the official invitations this morning, Apple finally confirmed the day for its September event by simply saying, “See you on the 7th.”
We know Apple will release the iPhone 7 at its September event. We’re confident it will have redesigned antenna bands, no headphone jack, and added water resistance. The rumor of a dual-lens camera has also gained momentum in the past few weeks. Check out our roundup of all iPhone 7 rumors in order of likelihood to read more.
Aside from the iPhone 7, what products will Apple release at its September 7 keynote event? It’s hard to say, and the product rumors continue to be a mixed bag of opinions. Some seems confident the new Apple Watch will be debuted—we sure hope they’re right. Others claim Apple will wait until 2017. There’s also the chance we’ll (finally) see some new Macbook Pros and possible even the next generation of iPad Pro.
We can make all the educated guesses we’d like, but we’re all going to have to tune in on September 7 to actually find out. Follow our coverage at iPhoneLife.com and be sure to check out the podcast page for our summation and overall opinion after it’s all said and done.
See you September 7!
