WWDC23 & Goodbye to Print!
Last week, Apple announced its annual Worldwide Developers Conference, which will be held from June 5–9. This year's WWDC will have some events held in person, but the conference will be streamed online, so we'll all have a front-row seat to the new announcements, which are likely to include updates to operating systems, including iOS, iPadOS, macOS, watchOS, and tvOS. In addition to the likely suspects, we may also be in for a big surprise. Tim Cook has been talking a lot about AR/VR lately. Does this mean we might be getting an Apple VR headset announcement in June, too? We'll just have to... WWD wait and C. (Thank you, thank you; I'll be here all week.)
In more immediate news, we'll soon be releasing our last-ever iPhone Life physical magazine! This issue will include all the best apps you should download for fun and business, as well as your best stories about times when your Apple devices saved your bacon. After this issue, we'll be transitioning to a digital-only magazine so we can better integrate our magazine with our Insider services.
