What's the Worst That Could Happen? Your Embarrassing Tech Stories
I hope your week went well and didn't involve your new puppy chewing up your laptop, like my friend's week did. This friend's unfortunate tech mishap (is this the 21st-century version of "the dog ate my homework"?) got me thinking: what is the most ridiculous, embarrassing thing that's ever happened to you involving your tech devices? Have you ever dropped your phone in the toilet or, like another friend of mine who shall remain nameless, shattered your screen by dropping your phone on your own face (the dangers of browsing the web in bed)? What about accidentally projecting your mushy text messages with your spouse when you meant to share a PowerPoint of the next quarter's earnings projections? Whatever it is, I want to hear about it! Send your embarrassing tech stories to elisabeth@iphonelife.com, and the silliest stories may just end up in the next issue of iPhone Life Magazine. Make sure to let me know if your story is so embarrassing you'd prefer to remain anonymous!
Those of you who read my ramblings on a weekly basis may remember the last time I put out a call for stories in this space. Well, an article featuring your favorite antique memories is now available to read in the latest issue of iPhone Life Magazine. The magazine is on newsstands now, and a digital copy is available for our Insider subscribers (and we're offering 50% off right now). Now, please enjoy a roundup of all the tips we shared with you last week. We'll be back with more free tips tomorrow!
