iPhone Proactive suggestions are really helpful sometimes. If you often invite the same group of people to meetings or events, or if you often email the same group of people, your iPhone will make it easy to continue to do so. Both the Calendar and Email app will provide suggestions when you begin to add commonly grouped contacts.
From Calendar app, start an event by tapping the + sign and scrolling down to tap on invitees. Type in the first name or two and then iOS will suggest the rest if you’ve created multiple events in the past.
From Mail app, start a new email and begin to type in recipients. A list of people you commonly email in groups will drop down. From there, you can select the suggested people and quickly email them. Enter your email text and tap send.
This tip works with iOS 9 and later. It works on both the iPhone and iPad.
