For those newly entering the Apple Watch world, the question of whether to get an Apple Watch with GPS and cellular capabilities or with just the GPS can seem like a big one. The most important tool for any Apple user, besides the hardware itself, is the Apple ID. Your Apple ID provides access to all of Apple's services. You may be thinking, "OK. That sounds great and all, but what exactly is an Apple ID?" I get it. Apple has so many services and you're probably wondering how your Apple ID fits into all that. Put simply, your Apple ID is a single credential that signs in to any Apple service or account, including iTunes, iCloud, the app stores for different Apple devices, and more!
Having the same ringtone and text tone as your friends can get frustrating. Sometimes you're sure you just received a text, only to find that it was actually the person next to you who received a text, and you took your phone out for no reason. If you want a way to distinguish your iPhone a little more, then changing your ringtone and text tone is a good place to start. Plus, it just makes it much more personalized!
