Fixed: iPhone Dictation Not Working

Is your iPhone dictation not working? Many users have found this to be the case after updating to iOS 16. Fortunately, in most cases it's just a matter of a setting being switched off. Here's how to fix that, as well as some other things to try if Voice to Text on your iPhone isn't working.
