Mary M. Michaels

Mary is the Global Director of Training Evolution and Certification for Human Factors International (HFI). She has more than 15 years of experience in the field of user-centered design and UX strategy, moderating hundreds of usability tests along the way. She has taught over 100 classes globally on user-centered design and UX, manages HFI’s training courses worldwide, presented at various conferences, and oversees the Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) and Certified User Experience Analyst (CXA) exams. She also has written white papers on the benefits of usability analyst training and related career success stories.
