Waterfield Tech Folio Backpack ($379)

I’ve gone through many bags over the years, and the Waterfield Tech Folio backpack is the best I’ve ever used. It’s made of waxed canvas and leather, which gives it a wonderful, distressed look and adequately repels rain. The best part is that it has so much space and so many pockets that I can comfortably fit my MacBook, Nintendo Switch, water bottle, and all necessary cables. The front pocket closes magnetically and is perfect for my AirPods and wallet. Waterfield also recently introduced a slim variation, which is great if you don’t need all the extra space the standard offers.

Logitech MX Keys Mini for Mac ($99.99)

This premium keyboard elevates my home office setup while maintaining the sleek aesthetic of Apple products. I’ve been using it for years, so I can attest to its durability. Typing is comfortable with pleasing tactile feedback that isn’t too clicky, similar to the built-in keyboard on a MacBook Pro. It features a few special details that set it apart, such as a built-in USB port and a high-quality volume knob to fine-tune audio with more precision than Apple’s keyboard. If you’re looking for a premium mechanical keyboard that combines aesthetics with functionality, this one delivers on both fronts.

Logitech MX Master 3S for Mac ($99.99)

For the second year, the MX Master 3S wins best mouse for your Mac. It’s a bit bulkier than the MX Anywhere, but I found the design more comfortable. Like the MX Anywhere, it has two buttons on its side to navigate web browsers quickly, which are quiet and smooth. It has a second scroll wheel on the side to scroll horizontally. What really makes the MX Master superior is its extra button under where your thumb rests, which you can customize with various functions.

Casetify MacBook Cases (from $68)

We recommended Casetify last year and still stand by it. Casetify cases completely cover your computer, protecting it from scuffs and scratches, and the reinforced edges prevent damage if you drop it on any of its corners. Casetify has so many designs to choose from, whether you want something simple or imagery from a specific fandom. I went for a design based on one of my favorite anime TV series.

Corsair TBT200 Thunderbolt 4 Dock ($299.99)

We featured this dock last year, but it’s worth mentioning a second time. With modern MacBooks you’re limited to plugging in only two accessories. Corsair’s TBT200 dock opens up an array of connections, from USB-A to Thunderbolt to ethernet, and more. The dock has its own power supply so it can charge your MacBook when plugged in. I can keep my computer, iPhone, and external drive all hooked up, and there are still plenty of extra ports for my keyboard and mouse!

Seagate One Touch 1TB SSD ($94.99)

Seagate offers a selection of portable solid-state drives (SSDs), which are great for backing up your Mac, exporting photos, transferring files, and much more. You can even use it with other devices, like PCs and game consoles, to back up more types of data. The portability of the One Touch SSD is another great plus. It weighs less than half a pound, and length-wise, it’s smaller than a credit card. It easily fits in your pocket, or you can slip it into one of the many pouches of the Waterfield Tech Folio backpack. If you need to transfer files on the go or just need to be able to bring your hard drive with you, the One Touch is a great option. It comes in three storage size options to ensure you get just the right amount of disk space: 500GB, 1TB, and 2TB.
