The latest version of watchOS has added Live Activities to the Apple Watch. Now, when opening the Smart Stack, you’ll sometimes see Live Activities to provide you with the most up-to-date information for compatible apps. What is the Smart Stack on Apple Watch? The Smart Stack is a stack of widgets that your Apple Watch automatically sorts based on what it determines to be most relevant to you. Now, here’s how to check Live Activities:
- Swipe up on your Apple Watch face to open the Smart Stack.

- If there is a Live Activity, it will automatically appear at the top of the stack.
