In the latest version of iOS, you can log your mood throughout the day in the Health app. This is to help you gain a better understanding of your emotions. This feature will remind you at certain intervals to check in and record how you’re feeling. This can get annoying if you don’t want constant reminders. - Open the Health app.
- Tap Browse.
- Tap Mental Wellbeing.
- Tap State of Mind.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Options.
- Under State of Mind, you can tap the toggles next to During Your Day and End of Day to enable or disable these reminders.
- You can also tap Add Reminder… to set a specific time you actually want to be reminded to log your mood.
